HLACT has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 accredited certification in recognition of its commitment to high standards in its accreditation process and internal procedures.
HLACT was assessed and met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope of operations: ‘Accreditation for education institutions in the UK and Worldwide.

British Quality Foundation was founded in 1993 by Government and UK’s leading business bodies, the British Quality Foundation (BQF) is Europe’s largest corporate membership organization formed for the sole purpose of improvement of performance. BQF’s Patron is HRH Princess Royal and the current President is David Callaghan. HLACT has been accepted as a member of BQF since 18th February 2015.

The European Distance and E-Learning Network exists to share knowledge and improve understanding amongst professionals in distance and e-learning and to promote policy and practice across the whole of Europe and beyond. HLACT are institutional members of EDEN.

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognized by the British government to assess the competence of organizations that provide certification, testing, and inspection and calibration services. HLACT is recognized and accredited by UKAS to assure its growing tree of organizations that we meet ISO 17021 standard for conformity assessments.

OTHM qualifications are developed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills that employers are looking for. We are an approved centre of Othm Centre of qualification. A qualification from Othm can empower an individual or a business entity with knowledge & skills related to business & management which enables them to grow key competencies to tackle work projects and situations more effectively with an edge over other people or competitive organizations.
